"This was the absolute perfect start and stay for our honeymoon trip. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. The views from the 52nd floor as well as the rooftop were impeccable. We just wished they offered amenities for Thai massages or spa packages. It could be because they were preparing and saving it for the festival week, but that would be my only critique. Everything else, breakfast, dinner, service, all amazing 10/10. "

"The rooftop bar was nice. The evening pool view and service was amazing! I felt that the room was not cleaned well. Housekeeping didn’t take out trash (old food included), did not leave enough towels, didn’t mop the floors (I know this for a fact because I wasted something on the floor and wiped it up but realized I didn’t get it all & it was there for two nights), didn’t take dirty towels out the shower that were left on the floor, and the beds extremely hard. I would absolutely not stay at that hotel again. It is not a 4/5 star hotel. I would rate it as no higher than a three star hotel. It was not a comfortable stay."

"We had a buffet dinner which was excellent. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel was clean and in a brilliant location on the river. The building and rooms were a little dated but also quite comfortable. "
