The manager who booked us in was very courteous and and went over and above in upgrading our room, sorting a late checkout and making the stay that little bit more special for my partner's birthday. It was much appreciated. "

"We loved our stay at the Old Inn - rooms were nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Spa facilities etc were all beautiful and had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant was really good - lovely food, great service and attentive staff. Young waiter and waitress (I think called Leo and Sofie) both really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great quality and freshly cooked, ordered from a menu rather than buffet. Any and all staff we encountered were friendly, chatty and helpful. Love the general atmosphere - chilled out, laidback, peaceful with rustic decor and good lighting etc. No complaints - would definitely recommend and stay again."
