"The rooms were not roomy but very functional. It had a lot of closet space and was very clean. The bed was fine and the shower was great -- ample hot water and the strength of the water coming out was excellent. Kudos to the concierge, Sadio, whom I asked where to buy certain items requested by our grandsons. Some of them were candy gummies and my older grandson wanted a certain brand of soy sauce. It turns out that that soy sauce was very special and is made on a small island and Tokyo gets 100 bottles a year. Sadio suggested a number of places for me to get it but no one had it. Every day Saido would check with me to see if I got it and on the last day he said he found something similar (although not the exact one in my picture) and a store in Tokyo had it. He took time to add the store name and location to my phone and off we went. We were successful in getting a similar soy sauce. I applaud Saido for his hard work. He said he never gives up and he did not. Thank you so much to have such a caring and attentive Concierge, Saido. It made the stay worthwihile."

"Very clean. Location is close to Tokyo Station, Tokyo Metro and other subway - forgot the name. Not as packed as other streets. Entrance is hard to find because it’s in the middle of a side road, tucked inside. Very clean, bed was medium hard, size slightly bigger than normal for Japan. Amenities like foot and face masks were appealing. Provided continental breakfast but I did not get to experience this. Drink bar with coffee, water, juice, and soda. Cannot remember if they had alcohol too - all the hotels are running together. I would recommend this hotel. "

"I would stay at nest hotel again. It was an easy ride from Haneda Airport. The hotel was a quick 5 minute walk from Nigonbashi station which serviced 3 major lines. It was an easy 20 min. Walk to Tokyo station. It was centrally located around Yaesu and Ginza. The service was excellent as the front staff was friendly and quick to help with requests ( we asked for a bag of bread when we had to leave earlier than breakfast was served). The breakfast was only bread but there were at least 6 choices. The rooms were cleaned everyday, towels, linens, slippers and pjs changed. Water was always provided. There were 2 laundry machines which were also cheap to operate. You can forward your suitcase to the next hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay. "
