"Got a fantastic room here at the last minute and they were super friendly and accommodating. The room was larger than I needed, but was very reasonably priced. Everything was perfectly clean. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged our luggages to be shipped to our next destination and helped to fill out all paperwork which were in Japanese since we couldn’t speak the language. Of there weee charges by the shipping/ delivery service. The charge was reasonable. We didn’t have to haul around large luggages. "

"I liked this hotel very much. The room was small, but standard for this type of room in Japan. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The location was about 7 minutes from the train, in a quiet area. It was very convenient to travel to and from this location. I can't comment on the Spa area, as I didn't use it, but it seemed to be very popular with the other guests. Lastly, they allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out, which was extremely helpful because we arrived early in the morning and departed late at night. Only negative thing is the elevators can get pretty crowded at certain times. Overall very happy with my stay here and would stay again, if I have the chance to come back to Japan. "

"Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very polite and professional. The location was close-ish to Tokyo station. It was about an 11Min walk to Tokyo station but a little less than that to get on the Ginza line. Overall good area. The room was the biggest out of the 3 hotels we stayed at in Japan which was nice considering we needed space for our luggage’s and souvenirs. One gripe I had was if we needed new towels I would have to go to the front desk to ask which wasn’t a big deal especially since we didn’t put the cleaning sign on our doors because we had stuff out and didn’t want people coming into clean. I only bring that up because the other hotels we stayed at would leave us new towels and toiletries every day on our door handle without us having the clean-my-room sign on the door. Again not a big issue but just something to keep in mind. Another BIG plus was there is a 7 eleven less than a 30 second walk away from the front entrance of the hotel"
