"Great location and amenities, but one disappointing interaction The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast offered a wide selection of items, and the lounge access was absolutely worth it—great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lobby is spacious, but surprisingly lacks seating. We sat near the cloak room area on what appeared to be a bench (there were no signs indicating otherwise at the time). A young male employee approached and rudely told us to “get off” without offering any explanation. It was an unpleasant interaction that contrasted sharply with the rest of our experience. Overall, a good stay with excellent amenities, though that moment left a negative impression."

"We loved this hotel. We stayed in 2 different hotels in Tokyo and what a difference location makes. This hotel is very close to the Suidobashi metro station but still manages to be in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety for both local and western palates. My husband and I were traveling with our adult daughter and they gave us three double beds and the room still seemed big and was definitely bigger than we expected. We would stay here again on future trips."

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at for a very reasonable price. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hotel was in a great location, perfect for Disney trips. Staff were organized and friendly. Many great amenities offered in the hotel. Highly recommended!"
