We had issues with the projector trying to watch Netflix through our phone. We had to collect our various amenities every night and found this troublesome when we were back each night already carrying our shopping hauls. The wall paper was ripped. The room had so much dust that it was so thick around the shower door frame the light fixture and etc. It was so dusty. The lobby was gorgeous but the rooms were a different story. For it to be an upscale hotel, I would say it was not worth what you paid. "
