"Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The location on a quiet side street in Ginza was perfect. Excellent pancake restaurant right outside the hotel’s door."

"The hotel itself was so nice with great staffs and additionally the location was so perfect for in & out after big shopping to drop off the shopping bags before going out dinner!!! I enjoyed the hotel a lot!"

"Superb customer service Compliments to Mr Gigi"

The location was also very convenient, with plenty to see and do nearby. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay...

"I booked this hotel to use the onsen but the facility was too packed. I did not feel it was sanitary to use it so i skipped using the onsen altogether. This is no fault of the hotel… but i would not have booked here."

"Staff are helpful. Room is nice and comfortable. Hotel is near the Tokyo Station. I will stay in this hotel if I visit Tokyo again."
