"Keio has always been my “go to” place to stay. Most previous business trips was the default Hotel. Still consistent with personal trips. Had to leave 1 Day early. I paid the entire amount when checking in. Let Hotel management know, they said normally have to go back to you for refund, but said they would credit back my CC. Hope it happens without getting hotels.com involved For refund "

"Great location immediately adjacent to Tokyo Station. Wonderful service. There was always someone at the front desk, even when we checked in close to 12 midnight. The breakfast buffet was a great value. And the views of Tokyo as well as Tokyo Station were outstanding."
