"It was our first hotel as part of a multicity trip in Japan, and we knew we wouldn't spend much time in the room so I booked a smaller one but in person, it was actually quite spacious, we had 2 large suitcases, no issues keeping them open on the floor. Bed and pillow comfy, have to say their pajamas were really comfy too. As far as Tokyo 3 star hotels go, this did the job at a very good price point. Convenient location. Loved the breakfast buffet too. "

"Incredibly helpful staff and always happy to help. They delivered our luggage to kyoto and helped us fill out the form. Hotel room was tiny but that is to be expected in Tokyo. Shower and amenities where all there and extras like slippers, dressing gown robe and shaving razor all free of charge. "
