"Excellent service, as expected from a Japanese hotel. Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."

"The hotel is located very close to the Shibuya station in a very quiet street with several small restaurants, bars and convenience stores close by. The only thing we missed what a good place for breakfast. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind."

"Cozy hotel in a great location! It’s really close to many shops and restaurants, and just a 5-10 minute walk to Shibuya Scramble Square. Right across the street from the hotel is an entrance to the subway (JR Shibuya Station) which makes transportation super accessible. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Superior Twin Room and it was a good size for 2 people! I would definitely stay here again and really recommend it if you’re looking for a hotel in Shibuya area."
