If you’re coming to Siem Reap to see the temples, this is a convenient place to stay. I visited Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple, and Neak Pean Temple during my trip and had an amazing time. The location made planning my days easy.

The poolside area was one of my favorite places to spend time during the stay. We had a meal near the pool and later stopped at the bar for a drink, which made the evening very relaxing.

Beautiful setting

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The restaurant food was very nice and the pool area was great. It’s in a good location near Angkor Wat.

Most beautiful hotel & brand new!! I loved every day of my stay here. The courtesy of the staff from the minute is arrive till you leave, the efficient & the constant care makes your stay unforgettable. The breakfst is absolutely awesome- every kind of bread, eggs made any way you like the endless buffet of Cambodian food, good coffee, high quality fruits & a variety so it is not the same everyday & also pastries. Even the bread pudding is wonderful. Loved it!!!

This hotel is huge and palatial. It has a gorgeous pool and lavish lobby. Its decor alone, however, is not what makes it great. It’s the people who work there. Sarouen was so helpful at the front desk, and Alisa was amazing! If you are staying here, look for this beautiful and helpful lady at the front desk. She speaks English so well and is full of confidence! She is a big part of what made our stay at the hotel magnificent! And I cannot forget Rain, who picked me up at the airport even though...

We had a wonderful time at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Our room and all the facilities were top notch. The in-room foot massage was really good.

Convenient location

Staying here made everything so convenient. The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk to Pub Street and other major attractions. I loved being able to explore the area on foot and return to such a great base. The location is truly one of the best features of this hotel!

The check-out process was very smooth. We left our room at 12:00 PM after enjoying breakfast at 7:00 AM. The reception staff helped us arrange a car to the airport, which made our departure much easier.

When I booked this place, I was worried because there weren't many reviews. But after arrives, the room condition, such as bathtub and bed linen, was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. In particular, Anyway, the location was good. It's a very complimentary one, but I recommend it because it's a satisfying hotel. I would like to make a reservation here again the next time I go on a trip!

I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Siem Reap. The hotel was in a great location. Above all, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and respectful. They are amazing people, kind and sincere, especially Monita,

I adored our stay at Metta Residence. The staff were amazing from start to finish. It is a special place that you won't want to leave. This was our first hotel in Cambodia and it set the bar ridiculously high for the remaining hotels on our trip. I have travelled the world and the kindness and level of service of the staff is the best I have ever encountered. Other wonderful aspects: The beds were incredibly comfortable, the ambience in the hotel was just perfect -- tranquil and distinctive,...

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

This hotel was great. We were only in Cambodia for 1 day but the hotel was great and did a great job making life very easy for us. They picked us up from the airport for free. A personal assistant told us everything about the area and the hotel. They upgraded our room and helped us arrange everything for our sunset at Angkor Wat and the sunrise. They had 2 boxed breakfasts waiting for us at 4am when we left for the sunrise. When they happened to find out we were celebrating our 10 year...

I had a very pleasant stay here. My room was clean, bright, and well arranged, and the bed was very comfortable after long days of sightseeing. What I liked most was the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. There was plenty of greenery around the property, which made it feel calm and relaxing. The swimming pool was clean and a great place to cool down in the afternoon. The staff were friendly whenever I needed help. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a place I would happily recommend to other...
