Room was nice, clean and spacious all the amenities were great. The staff I interacted with even though we had a language barrier were very nice and accommodating. They even helped us get our lugagge shipped to chengdu while we were outside shopping. We mostly took didi's but noticed on the last day that metro station was extremely close. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Shanghai.

The facility looks new and is well maintained. The room is clean with big windows for plenty sunlight during the day. The staff was very helpful and patient to call for express shipping guy for package drop and questions on storage service. The area of the hotel is more business focused not for tourists convenience. Really nice affordable hotel in Shanghai! Super clean room with a great view, very well maintained. Not super centrally located for travelers but worth it if you're looking for a really nice hotel for a decent value in Shanghai. Still a lot of really good food options within walking distance.

The building / room is as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. What really sets it apart is the incredible staff and remarkable breakfast. Worth every penny and the perfect place to stay if you would like to treat yourself in Shanghai.
