"Had a fantastic 5 night stay. We arrived very early off a flight from London with a very tired 6yo and baby. Kaylin Du was an amazing member of staff who managed to find a room to check us in early. The room it's self was spacious and clean, we had a great view on 19 floor of 10,000 Trees building and the railway station. Our 6yo loved watching the bullet trains come and go. You could hear announcements from the room at points but didn't bother us in terms of sleeping. Lovely shower, 3 different show head settings and a smart toilet. Hair dryer excellent quality. We had the restaurant buffet one night, excellent food and choice. Mainly Asian with some western choices. Was also free for children under 120cm. Again tried the breakfast buffet once, amazing choices including many live cooking stations of traditional breakfast wrap, noodles and eggs done to your liking (fried, scrambled, omelette etc.). Very high quality and mix of Asian/western. The free self service laundry on the 3rd floor was a great addition to services (includes washing liquid). And the in room TV shows you what's washer/dryer is available and when you have choosen one how many minutes countdown till finished. We were also given some complimentary drinks coupons to use which we used one eve to sit at back of restaurant and play cards. There is also a playroom with table football. Location was excellent less than 10 mins walk to Shanghai Railway station, we used exit 3 or 7 for the lift. "

"Nice, large, clean rooms. Very helpful doormen who were happy to help when we had issues/questions about ride share requests. We had a problem with reservations we made for seasonal afternoon tea. The promoted cherry blossom tea was not available when we showed up for a reservation we made that there was no record of. Several staff members would benefit from hospitality training. We found several lacking in basic knowledge about the hotel. Hotel would benefit from more English speaking staff."

"I had a great stay here - the bed was so comfortable with nice soft pillows, and they had a free to use washing machine and drier which was great. The staff were so helpful, one helped me order a phone charger online when my foreign number wouldn’t work. I would definitely recommend! "
