"In the 'real' Shanghai beneath the high-rise buildings, seeing people as they go about their day, back from main roads. AC was a it strong, especially in the bathroom. "Hotel is very nice and feels luxurious. Housekeeping staff were friendly, most others were ok as well. Stella Jin was very courteous and helpful with processing our tax refund at the hotel. It was a free service so look for her when staying here. It's not listed but there is hot tub, steam and sauna in the men's changing room on the pool level! Free for hotel guests."
