"Pool was cold but the hot tub was nice. Overall a good stay, my only complaint is that the main areas of the first floor hallways all smelled very bad of weed. That could have been from anything/anyone but it was overwhelming"

"Very clean friendly staff. Alot of activites but be prepared to walk to the water parks dependi ng where your room is. The walk is however all indoors."

"The walls are thin the party next to us were out in the hallways late and loud. I had to ask them to be quiet both nights after 10 because we couldn’t even hear our TV they were so loud. Like 20 people deep. I wish they had some rules or a meeting place for them. We had a 2 year old who couldn’t sleep. "

"Bugs in the rooms. Coffee stains all around the jacuzzi. Moved into another room and ants were crawling all over. Was told we would get a refund and didn’t. "

"Checkin was quick. The room location is the lowest level, right below the level where the waterpark traffic is, so you do get a decent amount of "elephant stampede" noise from all the tiny feet between 7AM-10PM, but it's pretty quiet outside of those hours. The room was well stocked and well laid out. A few minor things in need of repair (bathroom door handle, shower floor patch), but neither thing affected the quality of our stay. We'd stay here again!"
