"Our stay was disappointing. The bathroom door in our room would not close properly, and one day our room was not cleaned well. We had originally reserved a room with two beds, but when we arrived, we were given a room with only one bed. When we brought this to the front desk’s attention, we were offered another room for an additional $750. We declined because we had already paid for a room with two beds. After that, the receptionist’s attitude toward us noticeably changed, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Overall, we expected much better service and attention to detail."

"We were moved from the big island of Hawaii to this hotel in Honolulu,which we are very thankful for!But our flight got canceled due to weather conditions! I was hoping for some price consideration because of the situation but there was no discussion!I understand business but I also would expect that some circumstances would allow for some variances!"

"I absolutely loved it! The day before we were leaving they were doing floors which was a struggle when we had an early flight but I loved how helpful they were with everything it was extremely clean and our activities person Betsy that helped us with everything was amazing! 100% will come back!"
