"My fifth trip to Medellín. My fourth this year. The Binn is the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far and it’s not even close. The service far outpaces everything else. Mr. Adolpho was absolutely delightful at every breakfast and the breakfast is wonderful. They have everything. When you arrive there is an armed guard. A door man opens your door and takes your bag. The property is super clean. The rooftop bar is awesome. The rooms are clean. The king bed was super comfortable. The soaps and shampoos are high quality and the way the staff genuinely cares and asks about you and then fulfills everything is just unbelievable. I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Not one unpleasant staff member in the building. Great vibes. I am picky and I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. My only gripe was no smart TV, but who really cares. We are rarely in our room except to sleep and relax. Great amenities. Great room service. Hot tub, pool, steam room. Breathtaking views from the hot tub and pool. "
