"Area is safe and walkable. 15 min walk from the direct train from airport. Close to big supermarket. 25-30 min walk from Gracia St. Walls are thin. I could hear my loud neighbor. The gentleman at the reception the first night was very nice. Marta and another older lady was also very nice and helpful. The second night, I had to ask at 2am to turn the AC on. The man at the reception flipped out at me. He was yelling at me in Spanish. I did not appreciate that. They should have help the AC on...

"Great stau, Mia provided a great check in experience and good tips throughout the stay. Room was clean, cool, only tging wrong was the mattress which was thin, but thats a personal preference. Room generally quiet but you can hear people ob the terasse at night. Hotel looks great however and is a definite option close to centre."

"Was terribly disappointed because this was listed as a 3.5 star hotel. I even asked if this was a hotel or hostel and the guy said hotel. This is clearly a hostel as it even says "hostel" on door. As a hostel goes, it wasn't bad but it was priced like a hotel, and the strong solvent smell made my daughter throw up. In the end, we had to book a different hotel and eat the cost. I fully believe this was done on purpose by the property- i got no refund and do not appreciate being taken...

"Great hotel. very clean. Room very well kept. we had a little balcony which overlooked the square which was perfect. the rooftpop bar is great. check in very easy and staff helpful. metro is 2 mins away. a lot of attractions are in walking distance though so less need to use the metro. Perfect. we will stay again!"
