"The location on the corner of a quiet road junction was convenient, the staff free check in / out was sensible and progressive consistent with all relevant information gathered during booking. "Staff were excellent and so helpful. Food and breakfast service was first class. The bathrrom was very modern clean and well kept. The carpet was stained and did have a little fusty smell however the overall experience and amenties were good in the room. The tea caddy table did need to be bigger was difficult to make drink on there. "
