"It was lovely stay nice and clean rooms bit old fashioned but clean which is main thing staff very friendly all inclusive was good but maybe could include Malibu ?? Swimming pools were good nice area overall could not fault it "

"We loved the history of the property. Our booking was very last minute since we were let down by another hotel. The Lakeside Hotel and Spa is very clean, you can feel the warmth when you walk into the property. Overall it was a good experience. The one thing i did noticed is you have to book your table for dinner every night otherwise you end up without a sit-in dinning. And we ended up skipping dessert a few times because as soon as the restaurants got busy it would take nearly 40minutes to get someone’s attention either for the dessert menu or the bill, i think personally think they may be short staffed? Not sure. But the staff in general are very good and nice people. We would definitely come back for another visit soon. "
