"Pictures online are falsely advertised. We booked a room showing a balcony with chairs on it. The room we got had a 1 foot wide balcony. There were no chairs on the balcony, There was no chance of sitting and listening to the beach."

"My room wasn’t as clean as it normally is. I stay here frequently but it’s the perfect location for my event. "

"We had stayed here in the past and had a great ocean front room. However, this time our room was on the left side without a full view. Front desk lady said it was ocean front.The room had a smoky dirty smell and the front desk sent a an ozone machine which helped briefly. I am highly allergic to smoke and perfume orders.They offered to switch rooms but after a long day of travel, we decided to stay in that room, 1403. The bell man was very helpful and agreed that the room had an unusual smell. The carpet was dirty because when water was spilled, we cleaned it up with a white towel and it turned brown. Needless to say, our visit was not as nice as last year."

"The pool was great. Our 9 year old grandson enjoyed the pool. Entire area was very clean. We loved being able to grill our dinner 1 evening."
