The staff were extremely friendly and helpful going the extra mile to find us a taxi when there was a shortage so we could make our train on time. The room was clean and spacious having a great view of the walking street below. "

"It was a very nice experience staying there in Hu Firenze . They upgraded my room without any demand and it was brand new cottage having got everything one can expect . It has got good pools , restaurants and a reasonable priced store as well . They run daily shuttles to the city centre all through the day . I would certainly recommend it . "
