"Very clean and spacious. I stayed in the deluxe apartment, which has elevator access and is convenient. Equipped with lots of amenities. Even with coffee capsules to start the mornings. Good shower pressure. The shower space is Ok for me, and may be confined for some people. I hope it will provide laundry liquid for future guests to use the washing machine. "Communication was terrible no coffee in the room floor was dirty no internet password we asked multiple times only 3 towels for the the two weeks stay for 3 people no extra linens they send a cleaning crew they used a swiffer to sweep and didn’t clean good we found a broom and swept the floor and more garbage came out very disappointing when we asked for extra towels they said that it’s not a hotel they should rename the nightmare Italy"

"The apartament was cleaning everyday and everyday we got small waters, bisquites, capsules of coffee ect. and fresh towels. I realy recommend this place. Minor minus becouse od unconfortable single bed."

"This property was in the best location. It was a cool property to stay in and had everything we could want. The air conditioning was perfect after a hot day exploring and there was plenty of space for all of our stuff without being cramped in. That said, the biggest downside is that the bathroom only had half a wall for privacy. This means all bathroom noises were heard by everyone. This should have been communicated clearer as it can cause uncomfortable situations for guests."

"ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies...
