"The room and bathroom were on the smaller side but spotless and up to date. Easy parking right outside the door and walkable all around the downtown area of Bayfield for shops and restaurants. Very close to the Madeline Island ferry dock. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful."

"Was so excited to see 2 bikes for use on the porch. Then discovered they all had flats! Place was clean and provided a nice place to come back to at the end of the day. The bed was extremely high and hard to get into, if you are older and have hip issues. I’d request a different condo. Also, it would be nice if they went to a keyless entry door instead of removing the key from the box."

"My family and in-laws wanted to make a last-minute holiday weekend trip to the Apostle Islands for some Lake Superior kayaking. We were incredibly lucky that these guys had a last-minute cancellation. The house is as pictured- spacious with panoramic views of the lake. It's a quirky design in that it appears to be two homes that have been connected. We were 4 adults, 4 kids and had room to spare. HUGE kitchen stocked well with everything you could need. This was the first VRBO I have ever stayed in where I didn't spend even a minute trying to find a cooking implement- it was all just there. Clean sheets, tons of towels, You'd need a year there to get through every board game and movie they have in the shelves. Huge highlight was the enclosed terrace overlooking the lake where I had my tea in the morning. House is on a quiet street away from town which was perfect. Herbster or Cornucopia are 15 minute drives, so just stock the fridge early. Hosts very responsive although I didn't really need them much since everything was right where it should be."

"Kimberly was very helpful and responsive - we were left with very little TP and needed a cork screw- she immediately went to buy those items and dropped them off! She was very sorry and friendly and we visited for a bit. She was lovely and the condo was so beautifully decorated! Had a great stay!"
