"Lovely, unusual and quaint cottage in a beautiful area. Well equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Loved the stairs and rooms on different levels but might be difficult for some. Shops, cafes and pubs right outside the front door. Great stay in a lovely area. "

"The accommodation is a 5 minute drive out of Barnard Castle where there are plenty of options for a bite to eat plus essential shopping. Everything worked properly and was clean and smart. The bed was comfortable."

"We loved our stay. The house is lovely warm and the hot tub was a bonus. We took our dog and he enjoyed the walks. We are excited to go back"
