These Guy's have made my stay so nice and welcoming I even call it 'Going Home to the Hotel'. "We stayed in the Filbert Pod in November 2025 for a nearby family event and can’t fault it at all - the pod was clean, comfortable and warm during the cold snap, and is located in a very peaceful and quiet location - and that’s before mentioning the excellent hot tub! The A27 is in easy reach if travelling by car, and there are frequent buses only 5 minutes walk away to Yapton village centre going in the directions of Chichester, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton. If you are considering a stay here - it’s well worth it - and we certainly will return again in the future. Thanks Pauline and Paul!"

"The check in instructions and help from the owner were great. The house was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. There was a food parcel provided which was a lovely touch and even included a bottle of wine, that we didn’t get around to opening . All the rooms were spotless and the living space was so well laid out for the four of us. Location was perfect. I could’ve stayed longer for sure "
