"This is an incredibly average hotel for the price point (£325 for one night). The room was up two flights of stairs from a lift - which was not advertised. The room itself was somewhat tired and basic, with poorly thought out design (e.g. the rainfall shower head was not high enough for someone standing at 5 foot 8 to use, the bedside locker placement meant you couldn't open the wardrobe). Whilst there are areas in the hotel that are nice, this definitely sits in the category of all style, no substance and, at the price point, we will not stay again given the much better options in Manchester."

"Arrived after a tiring, stressful day to Kelsey at receptions, bright cheerful demeanour, which was a lovely surprise despite the very late hour. Kelsey was extremely helpful and made check in a breeze. Breakfast staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, they all said good morning when they passed by and asked how we were in spite of it being busy."
