"Reception were very helpful, location by the water was nice but surroundings weren’t the best. Bathroom was dated but ok. Nice communal areas and the bridge is a nice feature. My stay was short so not able to give detailed review. I would stay if in the area again."

"This hotel is extremely close to terminal 2 but you cant hear any noise from the planes or traffic. You dont hear people on the corridors with cases either. The pizzas served here are excellent and although usually small the rooms are clean and have everything that you need. We have stayed here several times before a flight and will definitely do so again."

"We loved the hotel, there was nothing to fault (we had a free upgrade). It was a special anniversary so everything was beyond our expectation. Everything was tastefully designed. The room was beautiful, well lit, well furnished and the bed was so comfortable. There was a large bathroom and walk in shower. We stayed on the3rd floor facing Philharmonic Hall and there was negligible noise from the road below and none from the rooms around us even though the hotel appeared to full or close to full on a Friday evening. The food in The London carriage Works restaurant was excellent and breakfast the next day was good too. Lastly, the staff were polite and kind without being obsequious."
