Todo excelente. Personal muy amable. Si bien el AC al parecer no se podia regular bien, afortunadamente no fue necesario (puede haber sido problema de usuario). Y el sauna estaba malo, pero daban la facilidad de ocupar el de otros hoteles colindantes de la cadena.

Excellent stay at this beautiful Hotel. It has 2 cute restaurants, a very nice pool. A 24 hour open gym. All the staff its very friendly. The beach its wide but it has a lot of street vendors who really bothers. The area its safe.I fully recommend this Hotel.

Nicely upkept property. Good selection for breakfast. Location is far from main attractions, so keep that in mind. With traffic you are at least 45 minutes to an hour away from things to do.

Everything was fine, Staff was friendly, location perfect for shopping and dining.

My stay at Miramar by Windsor Copacabana was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel warm and personal. The restaurant was a highlight of my trip — breakfast was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day, and dinner in the evening was just as memorable, both for the food and the atmosphere. Truly a beautiful hotel with excellent service.

Really nice hotel and what you would expect from Marriott chain of hotels. Staff was very friendly. Only con is location which is quite far from most attractions!

The hotel was wonderful and the staff is very helpful. Modern decor and the Oceanview is worth the price. Definitely try to use the pool and sauna. All streaming services are available but you have to use your own account.

I stayed at Ipanema Inn for a few nights during a solo trip to Rio and would stay again if I’m back. From check-in to assisting with booking any tours/tickets/dinner reservations Fred at the front desk was always so helpful and greeted me by name every time he was there. Fred made it so easy to plan my adventures, helped with suggestions anytime I needed, was very responsive on WhatsApp when I was out exploring Rio, and spoke great English which helped my lack of Portuguese. Best place to stay in Rio! Breakfast was perfect and the rooftop view was outstanding. Via the concierge, we booked a tour to see Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf and it was well worth every Rial!

Great location, English speaking staff, beautiful decor, balcony view frim 11th floor simply breathtaking! Breakfast Buffet had a large selection, Pool, Bar and Restaurant all 5 starts. Security presence 24/7 felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Walkable area with ocean views. Would definitely recommend

The hotel is somewhat new and the rooms are alittle small but it's very clean, with fresh linens and modern amenities. The location is conveniently good, not too far from the international airport and just across the street from the hotel lies a large mall that offers plenty of dining options at any restaurants to choose from. The front desk staff was helpful and professional throughout my stay.
