"The property and rooms are excellent, the food is good but a bit overpriced. If you stay in the upper area, it takes a lot of climbing the stairs to go to the beach. Overall, if you want to relax and enjoy the pool and the beach, this is the hotel to be in. The only negative thing is that you cannot walk to the little town of Santa Cruz, the hotel is too far and it takes over an hour, you have to take a taxi to get there, there is nothing much outside the property."

If I could change something it would be to have more nights of live music on the beach instead of having it only on Thursdays evening plus extending the hours later like 12midnight .My wife and I enjoyed the music and dancing !!"

"No complaints except on the day we were leaving both elevators were down. Other than that, excellent service, very clean, staff were great and food was great as well as drinks. My 5-year old had a blast in the mini water park which has multiple slides and shallow pool. I would highly recommend. "
