"Stayed a week just before high season started. The first thing that struck me about this place was the beautiful complex. There is a spacious indoor car park and the staff drive these cute little electric golf buggies around to help with luggage. The staff were great, very welcoming and the customer service was amazing. Then I noticed the swarm of sea gulls in the pool. In fact they were all over the sun loungers and on some apartment balconies. There’s droppings everywhere. I’ts clearly been a problem since this place opened. They have a man with a hawk to try to deter them but they keep coming back. This makes it a health and safety risk despite how often the pool is cleaned. The outdoor pool is also freezing cold. The indoor pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it was a surprisingly very nice temperature. It’s full of young kids though, understandably because they don’t want to be in the outdoor pool. There should really be a rule about no kids after 7pm, so it can actually serve as a spa. The apartment was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen has everything! Modern high quality AEG appliances - an oven, microwave, hob, full fridge and freezer, even washing machine. Two things frustrated me - for a building constructed in 2021, there is not a usb port in site, so had to charge my phone very slowly from the tv. The TV - it’s astonishing no smart tv. "

"The hotel and breakfast were excellent. The rooms were well appointed and modern, and the whole environment was clean and pleasant. The location was excellent for reaching the beach across the street and adjacent to the very walkable restaurant district."

"Beautiful hotel recently refurbished to a good standard. Pool decking a little tired in places and some corridor decor hence 4* for that but rooms, restaurants, bars, reception all gorgeous. Staff amazing, polite and helpful offering lovely service. Breakfast fab - generous buffet with everything you could possibly need. We went for the half board and enjoyed it - 3 course al a carte menus - excellent service in the One Restaurant and gorgeous tables on the balcony with the evening sea view - such a treat! Walk into town an easy stroll with plenty of choice of bars and restaurants too. Thank you Tivoli - we had a fab stay!"

"We have travelled a lot, but this hotel is outstanding for customer service. Every single member of staff is friendly, professional and appears to actually care about you. We arrived to the Jupiter Algarve with what we thought, was a confirmed reservation. However, the booking agency, never forwarded our reservation. The shock of this revelation was daunting as we could see the hotel was busy - 98% occupancy. Pedro at reception was calm, reassured us and advised us to have a drink while he sorted things. Next Clara, guest relations manager, and a truly wonderful person advised us that a room was available, unfortunately not the suite we booked, but a room for our 11 day holiday and a generous package. The kindness of these people when we were in shock cannot be overstated. Our room was great, with a nice view. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was brilliant. Such a huge choice. Dinner, too was excellent and the themed nights were superb. Again a huge choice and a fish and seafood lovers dream. As a non fish eater, there was plenty of choice for me. Also vegetarian options. This hotel is very well situated in Praia da Rocha, near everything, beach, restaurants and nightlife nearby. But it is the staff who make this hotel. Thank you, Clara, for a wonderful holiday"

"Summer cascade is a great location, 2 minute walk to grocery and several restaurants and a reasonable 10 min walk to the main restaurant/barb corridor and 20 min walk to the beach/boardwalk. it offers a common room dining area with continental breakfast and access to kitchen so you can prepare your own meals. Very social with other guests. Secured parking and outdoor pool are welcome amenities. Our unit (“pool view”) was a self contained modular house with two very small bedrooms, kitchenette and living area. The space is tight but functional. Twin beds seem to the norm in Europe. Great pubs and restaurants in this town"

The night entertainment was very good. The breakfast had very good selections. The dinner food could improve. Overall my family and I had a great experience at this hotel. Thank you!"
