"Good and clean place with good sized rooms and nice furnishings. Breakfast was good too, lot of options for vegetarian. Only negative is the lack of language skills, which is a broader issue in Brazil though, at least folks at the front desk and restaurant in a big hotel should be able to stoke a conversation in broken English. Not being able to speak a single word is not necessarily the right thing to do in hospitality 😌"

"Traditional hotel in Ribeirao Preto. The location is very good, the rooms are large and have good beds. The hotel has excellent facilities and a good restaurant with great breakfast."

"Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Quarto muito espaçoso, chuveiro excelente e cama confortável. O café da manhã é diferenciado, com pianista no local, o que deixou o ambiente reconfortante. O único ponto de melhora é a TV, tive problema com as imagens, som e só tinham 5 canais disponíveis. Pelo porte do hotel, ficou muito a desejar. O serviço de manobrista também tem pontos a melhorar. Por ser fim de semana, o fluxo de carros era muito intenso e a equipe reduzida não foi suficiente, com demora para busca e entrega do carro. Enfim, o hotel é excelente e vale a pena a hospedagem."
