"I went on this trip to perform surgery on the city but I choose this hotel because was close to the clinic. Hotel ok but the staff was not so friendly. They treat my self like I was some kind of old lady and they assimilate tbsf I was talking nonsense. But this is normal in Brazil people don’t have a sense of self respect and they act like they don’t care. After I living out of Brazil more than 30 years I was disappointed that nothing has changed no matter what they do and one employee can make all the others look terrible.
