"This is one of the nicest and most unique places we’ve found on Expedia! Great place with excellent decor and awesome rooms. We chose a room with a loft. So unique and awesome! My wife loved it! Worth the extra few bucks to get the loft!! The thing that really “made” our stay at the Poetry Building was the people that work there. "This is a great spot in a quiet neighborhood. The apartments are spacious, . Great amenities, including water jets in the bathtub. The staff are always helpful and attentive. Just make sure you download and use WhatsApp, as it is their primary form of communication with updates."

The suite had a small fridge (full of stuff the hotel wanted you to purchase) and a small microwave. There were no knives and no bowls supplied, nor any cloths. There was no cleaning service (extra charge) Coffee cups had never been cleaned (stains from tea and coffee) Obviously no concept of what travellers would expect or need. "
