"Breakfast was not good. Only 2 pieces of bacon left and 1 hash brown. Also was never told they charge you an extra £20 for checking in before 3pm. Luckily the receptionist did have a room ready so gave it to me without charging. This is something to look out for."

"Wouldn’t stay in a OYO Apart hotel again. Roku remote wouldn't working so I ended up downloading an app so I could control the tv. No tea/coffee milk sachets etc, considering a kettle was provided we found that surprising. We purchased some items at the shop for tea in the morning, and then discovered the kettle didn’t work!!! Went to the shared kitchen instead and no kettle in there either! Also the shouting, swearing and arguing coming from another room at 5am made our stay even less enjoyable and disturbed our sleep. Also the mattress on the single bed was so noisy with the springs that it could have done with being replaced. Having staff onsite may have solved all these issues. Despite me messaging twice regarding all the issues, I’ve had no response. Very poor! Needless to say I won’t stay again. "

"Hotel plumbing is temperamental and carpets are very tired. Very comfy bed and room has everything you need."

"The bed was so hard, mattress was so thin that it was about as comfortable as sleeping on the floor! The single bed was better. The room was very tired, and the furniture very worn and old. The positive was the price and the included continental breakfast which was self service and had a good selection. "

"There was an issue with my booking at the usual place i stay so i booked this last minute and i was not disappointed. The staff were super friendly, the rooms have recently been refurbished and the room I stayed in was beautiful. This is now my new favourite place to stay in the area and I will be back. Thank you. "
