"I was allocated a room which was really small, noisy from the lifts going up and down for two nights. I went to the front desk with my complain, thanks to CARRIE for changing me to another room which was big, clean, quiet and really beautiful. I even added another night stay because I felt so happy. Carrie keep it up you are the best. All the way from the USA you treated me the best. The breakfast is really good. Juliet USA"

"We had a very pleasant stay at The Beeches. The staff were helpful and the facilities exactly as advertised. I would recommend the restaurant and bar - both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Dinner especially, featured unusual dishes, good sized portions all beautifully presented. Our suite was clean,if slightly worn around the edges. Bathroom well equipped. Our only issue was that the mattress on the superkingsize bed was very very firm. Too firm for our liking. In contrast the second bed (sofa bed) was soft and a bit lumpy. Would recommend this as a place to stay with easy access (by bus or taxi) to the city centre. Close to the river and parks. "

"Brilliant Hotel with underground parking which was £10 for 24 hours. 5 minute walk to the shops. Right next door is the famous Rock City and we did wonder if we’d hear any noise from this but absolutely nothing at all and we stayed on a Friday night when it was open, our room was on the same side as Rock City and our window was in vent and still no noise at all. The facilities in the room were amazing it was like a mini apartment with a kitchen and everything you would need in it, fridge with freezer box, hob, pans, plates, cutlery, kettle, kitchen sink, dishwasher, basically everything. TV, USB sockets by the bed, sofa, dressing table. Can not fault this Hotel and we will definitely return. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant too. "
