"My family and I had an amazing time. Norbert and his wife were so kind and welcoming. We enjoyed the back yard area and the charming surroundings. I would highly recommend his property. It is just the right amount of updated and just the right amount of farm house. It would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Make sure to enjoy the beautifully kept gardens!"

"Op zich een prettig verblijf gehad, echter bij de teruggave van de borg gaven ze aan dat de magnetron door ons kapot zou zijn gemaakt en hadden ze direct op onze kosten en zonder overleg vooraf al een nieuwe magnetron gekocht. Wij hebben niet gemerkt dat de magnetron stuk was ( deze deed het gewoon nog) maar we hebben een deel van de borg daarom niet teruggekregen en is op onze kosten een geheel nieuwe aangeschaft. Het heeft ons verblijf daar daarom wel een bittere nasmaak gegeven."

"Grande maison familiale bien équipée avec une partie terrasse pour déjeuner à l’extérieur et un jardin avec des jeux d’enfants. Lits larges et confortables, beaucoup de matériels neufs de cuisine, un grille pain serait souhaitable. Peu adapté à des enfants de moins de 3 ans (de nombreuses marches et escaliers sans rampe et protection), voire dangereux dans la chambre du fond. La route passante n’est pas un inconvénient : pas de bruit dans la maison ni sur la terrasse."

"Wij zijn met de hele familie een midweek in Villa Elie geweest. Een prachtig oud gebouw met ruime kamers en een heerlijke tuin. De leeftijd van het gebouw zie je soms wel, maar dit draagt zeer bij aan de charme van het verblijf. Door de centrale ligging hoef je niet voor alles de auto te pakken. Grote supermarkt is dichtbij. Voor het inchecken moesten we wel zelf achter een aantal dingen aan (code sleutelkastje, wifi-code). Contact met beheerder was verder prima, hoewel je in een andere taal...

"Nice, clean cabin but we were extremely dissapointed to learn that the fireplace was FAKE. It’s plastic. This cabin was advertised with a working fireplace and this was our only reason for renting this cabin. This was a huge dissapointment. The heating is with an electric stove which works slowly and dries the air out: we were all having headaches and dry eyes from the air quality."
