We found the room a little small overall for something that was higher priced than normal, and it was tricky to move along the side of the bed on the window side, and although it was great that the bathroom was en-suite, it was so tiny and a bit too near the bed. The breakfast was fine, with a good range of items to choose from a self-serve counter, helped the day off...

A budget hotel (an "industrial park" area, not a downtown or touristy area), safe and clean, easy parking, Cambodian owner and staff are super attentive and friendly.
