"Reception gentleman was wonderful; he printed out my departure transportation, complicated as the train tracks were being worked on. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, anxious to make my stay satisfying."

"Beautiful spacious rooms, nicely updated and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the balcony as well. Only negative with the room was the motion sensor lights in the bathroom continued to kick on throughout the night and shines right at the bed. Pool was ok, we didn’t get to use the sauna’s due to specific spa rules.. Hot Tub wasn’t in operation which was unfortunate. Location is fantastic and the restaurant was good. "

"I have had an excellent stay, too bad I did not stay long enough to enjoy confort and the amaizing buffet at Breakfast. Somebody is available to cook your fresh eggs the way you want! Fresh fruits, large choice of breads and viennoiseries, fresh smoothies and much more. Clean and quie. I highly recommend."

"The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. "
