Overall an excellent hotel , especially the family room is very good.
The receptionist stored our baggage so we can go out and wonder about as we got there before the 3pm Check-in time.
Also at check out time 12pm they stored our luggage in hotel so we can pick up later which was kind of them."

It was a bit hot with no air conditioning and without much breeze blowing so, we tried to keep the windows opened … however, motorcycles and talking pedestrians outside were noisy rather late. "Great place to stay, excellent customer service. Staff very helpful and friendly, very good breakfast included. Used to stay in a well know Inn but prices kept going up and parking got expensive. Wished we had known about this place before, ideal for our trips to London, thanks to everyone working there."
"The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area."
