"The bedroom door opens up into the pool. The staff are super nice and friendly. There is an amazing rooftop restaurant and bar on level 4 also where breakfast is served. The rooms are cleaned and made everyday. Its such a nice friendly place and also very reasonable prices. Its walking distance to everything in Ccangu, like 2 mins from the beach. "

"Canggu can be a hard spot to navigate if you’re staying in a villa on the outskirts of town. The location of The Kirana is exceptional; walking distance to the beach is a massive plus for me. The staff were so engaging and ready to accomodate any of our wishes. Really couldn’t fault this hotel."

"Was a little disappointed on arrival when staff tried to charge more for rooms. Room was nice, bedsheets were clean but very stained, clean water was not provided. Our room was not cleaned on occasions and had to continue to ask staff for towels and toilet paper. Overalls did had a good experience as staff were quite friendly and also had a lovely pool area."

"This place was awesome and food amazing!!! The staff was so kind and helpful! My ATM would not allow me to take cash out of my card until the bank opened. A very nice women that worked at the counter helped me figure out transportation for me to my next spot until my bank opened in America. This soften my heart and brought tears to my eyes. I’m lost for words on how nice this was for me when I was literally stuck with no options or ideas. "

"The room was dark and had a strong moldy smell. The staff was barely ever present, other than the wonderful security guard who was extremely helpful. We asked for wine and they did not have any, had to wait 45 minutes for a warm bottle of white wine. Wouldn't recommend this place."
