"일단 숙소 입구쪽 공간을 계속 공사중인데 먼지도 많이 날리고 진흙투성이에 공사 인부들도 계속 들락거려서 불편했습니다. 이정도 컨디션이었으면 손님을 받지 말거나 예약시에 미리 알렸어야 한다고 생각합니다. 그리고 숙소 청소를 해주긴 하는데 거의 이불만 정리해주는 정도이고, 한 번은 침구류에서 고약한 냄새가 나서 교체를 요청했는데 다음날에서야 바꿔줘서 하루는 냄새나는 침대에서 자야 했습니다. 연락처로 연락하면 응대는 친절하지만, 처리가 빠르지는 않습니다."

"Sent a n email to the hotel with no response. A a top line of issues as a list in order to keep this concise - check in was weird as front desk person was in the back on their phone - no water access for 2-3 hours TWICE during the stay. Both times affected schedules and well being during the trip. Took a video of second occurrence - A rat in the tub which was living in the drain, making it unsuitable to use(one of the reasons I booked this room) - the a/c dripping during the first night....
