Well below expectation. Unhelpful staff.

For the cost of stay, the hotel was well below expectation. 1. The receptionist refused to change our room when we discovered that it was next to road side and mosque. Though hotel was almost empty, probably due to fasting month. Reason given was that check-in has been entered into the "system". 2. We were kept awake throughout the night by loud motor bike roaring as well as passing cars. And of course we were woken up early due to the mosque morning prayers. 3. Breakfast was a plate of cold fired rice which must have been prepared much earlier. The attendant did not bother to heat it up for us.

Booked and payed in advance the Triple Room (One queen one single ) but upon checking in, the staff said can't find my booking although I have the print out to show. They said only have two single bed room available . So no choice as it was pretty late upon check in. Ask for refund but they said need to check and email to Expedia

Convenient and clean hotel for short stay

We had a short stay over Chinese New Year. Room is clean and we had a non-smoking room. The only thing which is not so good is the room is not in the main building as we were told it was full. We had to go behind the building to get to our room.
