"As an american traveler staying for a business conference a lot of things were different and you just need to adjust. The tub/shower is different and so is the toilet. No AC just heat so remember to open the window to cool the room. No king beds just two twins put together. No blankets just duveas…. just get used to those things and the breakfast is incredible!!!"

However, the room unfortunately did not meet our expectations, especially considering we paid extra for a superior room. The condition of the room was not great, several power outlets didn’t work, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, and the balcony wall had some visible damage. Bathrobes were initially missing, but they were provided quickly after we asked. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and would come again, but we would definitely choose a better room next time."
