"Our stay at the Wave Resort was great. It felt like we were in Miami but with a more family-friendly atmosphere, which was perfect since we were traveling with a baby. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and hospitable. The pool was warm enough for us to enjoy with the baby, even though it was a chilly and windy day. While the beach chairs and umbrella service were convenient, we were disappointed by the lack of privacy. Other people, not associated with the Wave Resort, were sitting in the designated area, blasting music, and setting up their own umbrellas. If this is not allowed, it should be more strictly enforced. Additionally, on the day of checkout, none of the valet attendants knew how to drive a manual transmission car, so my husband had to retrieve the car himself. Given this inconvenience, we believe a partial refund of the valet service fee would be appropriate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests. "
