Sunscape Dominicus La Romana - All Inclusive

"The place is large and most attractions are located with a brief walk which is better than others. The food in the buffet is very good. The beach is very nice, but has rough rocks under the surf and requires water shoes - this is important. At night, the place it very beautiful with lighting and the activities are a delight. It is family place and the cheerful vibe is simply the best, I must say, of about any other similar resort I have been. They do a good job of maintaining the "family atmosphere". Things to be aware of: The some of the staff do not explain the property well--for example where large attractions are located (restaurants, beach and pool) - believe it or not. They sell you a Sunscape upgrade which they say is needed making this not really all inclusive, and do not explain what is included very well - they give a photocopy list. We missed out on some things even after asking several questions in their "Sunscape" center. There is no map of the property. It took until 3:30 for them to find a room which was requested over 24 hours before check-in, The room provided was a disaster - period and should not have been offered in the first place. An upgrade was provided which was VERY nice and only costs a little more. The snack bar and reception area food was not fresh with hot foods were at room temp. Overall, if you educate yourself about what is here and how things work before coming here, you can have a great time."

"El hotel está a una distancia caminable muy agradable hacia la playa pública de Dominicus que es espectacular! El personal muy amable, El desayuno abundante y delicioso y el hotel y amenidades muy buenas! Piscina en la terraza muy linda! Hotel boutique con aire moderno. Dato importante te llevan en un shuttle a la playa de Bayahibe a un restaurante delicioso donde te pueden servir una cena deliciosa a la orilla de la playa, toda una experiencia! Encantados de la experiencia y con ganas de volver!"

"Hay lugares a los que uno va de vacaciones… y hay lugares que de alguna manera se quedan con un pedacito del corazón. ❤️ Así nos vamos de Catalonia Royal La Romana Adults Only: felices, agradecidos y con la certeza de que volveríamos 10.000 veces. La playa es simplemente espectacular, el agua, el paisaje, la comida, los tragos y el ambiente hacen que sea muy fácil enamorarse de este lugar. 🌴☀️🍹 Pero si me preguntan qué fue lo que realmente hizo especial nuestra estadía, mi respuesta sería: su gente. La calidad humana que encontramos aquí fue, sin duda, lo más bonito. Desde la persona que entra cada día a mantener nuestra habitación impecable, hasta cada empleado que nos cruzaba por los pasillos y nos regalaba una sonrisa y un “buenos días”. Son detalles que quizás parecen pequeños, pero cuando estás lejos de casa significan muchísimo. Quiero hacer una mención muy especial a Katherine, de recepción. Ha sido y sigue siendo excepcional. Su asistencia, sus detalles, su dedicación y esa disposición genuina de ayudar hicieron que nos sintiéramos verdaderamente atendidos y, sobre todo, bienvenidos. Katherine, gracias por cada detalle y por hacer nuestra experiencia aún más especial. ❤️ También quiero a Wadi, del equipo de animación, por su alegría, su energía y por hacer que nuestros días fueran todavía más divertidos. "Bonita decoración del hotel el hotel es limpio el staff fueron atentos en todo El desayuno delicioso mas los jugos de frutas naturales que ellos hacen me encantaron el parqueo un poco incómodo por que es pequeño Y para poder llegar al hotel tuve que hacerlo a través de Google map mas fácil ."
