"We had a redeye flight so we were at the hotel early in the morning. They kept our luggage until it was time to check in. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. They had security at the main entrance which made me feel safe. The property was very clean. We had a nice day at this property. It was very central, but yet not in the main super busy street."

"Room was clean but in rough condition, not at all like pictures. Works fine for an overnight when only there to sleep but expensive for what you get, even for NYC. Window air conditioning unit in a hotel seems weird to me. "

My only comment/complaint is that the pillows are way too soft and the shade doesn’t block out the light the way a curtain does. It was a bit difficult to sleep. But if my only takeaway was bad sleep, I’ll take it. My overall experience here was great."
