"We stayed here for 2 nights and chose this place because it was just across the road from the Hot Springs. PRO’s: - Walking distance from Hot Springs - Very clean and modern accommodations - Roof top deck with mountain views, outdoor table CONs: -Had a few issues with a/c and heating unit. Remote control was not responsive and so had to be controlled by host remotely - thankfully she was very responsive. "Great place to stay. Very cute, clean, and the patio and hot tub were a nice addition for spending time with friends and family. Super close to FLC too, which was nice since we were there for our daughter’s graduation."

"The house was in superb condition, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and well appointed. Would highly recommend to any family or group planning to ski Purgatory. Make sure you have a 4WD vehicle in winter, as the road to access the house can be snowy/icy. We did see three pickup trucks from Texas stuck in the ditch having slid off the side of the road."

"This was a great option for my kiddos who wanted to camp, and for me who didn't want to deal with setting up or breaking down a camp! The folks from the front office were wonderful and very accommodating to a last minute change in the number kiddos coming on our trip. According to my daughter, we'll be staying here every time we're in the Durango area!"
