"Excellent customer service from arrival to departure. The breakfast was good at Island Kitchen. Transportation was easily available. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I do not recommend Lameza restaurant inside the resort, the food was not tasteful, it did not at all resemble Filipino food which was disappointing because we were really looking forward to having a delicious dinner. There was 8 of us total, not sure if it's our taste buds of knowing the authentic taste of Filipino food but whatever they serve was not it. We ordered escabeche, adobong pusit, Kare kare, Nilaga, green mango & bagoong & Bagoong rice. We also ordered Mango juice, "

"Place is beautiful, spotless, just a little musty, not sure of the source. Staff was excellent in their respective work. Great facilities. Pool is nice and clean. Location is close to the Main Street, walkable. Their in house restaurant offers a wide array of food but you must ask them times because they have specific times for each: Italian, American, Filipino cuisine.. all great! If you’re looking for a great hotel, this is it!"

"Overall our stay here was great! The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect, just off of the the busy street so you can walk to all the shops and most of the downtown restaurants within 5 minutes. The bay walk is also a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel is very clean and the breakfast is really good, unless their is a large group they make it to order when you sit down to eat. If there is a large group it will be buffet style but they are continuously replacing the food so it's hot. I read other reviews about WiFi being a problem but we had some WiFi in our room and lounge area. "
