"The good: the bed was comfortable, the products provided (soap, moisturiser, towels, loo roll etc) were very appreciated (I rarely pack my own soaps as it takes up space in my bags and adds weight). My favourite thing was the breakfast; it was incredible 10/10! The little light next to the bed was great & the charger too. If I needed a shower, the multiple shower heads & adjustability would have been fantastic as I hate not being able to reach certain areas. I loved having room service, never had it before. Very much worth it. The staff were lovely, polite and helpful. Everything was high quality/standard. I would absolutely stay here again! The neutral: loo roll holder was very loose on the wall, it needs fixing - room number 135 (it could easily be ripped off the wall with enough force or further damaged in an accident). One of the loo flush buttons didn’t work. Hand towels were too big and no flannels/face cloths. No separate light switches for the tea/coffee set area. It was either on with the main door light or off, so it was blindingly bright or very dark. The bad (but NOT dealbreakers): the two chairs in the room were not comfortable and the wheels on the desk chair were very stiff."
